Named after the whale species that live across the world’s oceans, Humpback is the Jigger & Pony Group’s convivial seafood bistro and oyster bar. Located in a 1930s conservation shophouse in Singapore’s Chinatown precinct, the menu puts forth bistro classics with familiar Japanese flavours and the sea’s great harvests.
